Gouache painted this (somewhat corny) train for my Grandpas' 85th birthday, because he used to work in the South Australian Railways. Bonus Border Collie chilling on top. It is a very joyful train, as you can see.

Dem' back views. So inspiring. As you can see there are many pen doodles of the spectators' faces. Even shooting RAW can't prevent those off-white splodges. Scroll down for hot nudes.

Oh, and for a change in temperature, here's hell's raven Utsuho Reiuji, wrathful and deranged as ever. Night night~

...that was the CDW Sketch club's prompt. I drew based on what the word's sound inspired in me, hah.
I had a recent nightmare in these colors...

A roman theatre. Not the gladiator type.
One of my highlights of the trip was a little fortress called the Alcazaba in Málaga. It was practically a miniature Alhambra, except we had it all to ourselves in the early morning.
Both Spanish and Moorish architectural details were around every turn. The water ran through little canals in the stone, down stairs and all around, like the blood veins of the place. Pretty magical. I have a strong feeling my film this year will be inspired by this place.
Wind Star Cruise ship doodle.
Our final stop was Lisbon, Portugal!
That is the 'Monument to the Discoveries'. My Spain-spam ends here. It also happens to be my 100th post, woohoo!!

Had a tasty breakfast at The Brown Dog Cafe on Goodwood road. Uni-ball+digi-color for all of these.
Guess what sort of convention I went to after that?...
Awh yeah, totally my thing. I got to doodle within a labyrinth of trailers and tents.
Over an' out~
CDW life drawing
A friend and I went to Adelaides' CDW Studios last night for life drawing. Only long poses. Good times, here's some stuff~
